libklu1.2.1 software package provides circuit simulation sparse LU factorization library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libklu1.2.1
libklu1.2.1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libklu1.2.1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libklu1.2.1 *
